Mary Chung is Vice President and Director of Corporate Communications at ELX Futures, L.P. She is responsible for all internal and external communications and media relations efforts for the company.

Previously, Ms. Chung was Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications and Marketing for the American Stock Exchange. Prior to the Amex, Ms. Chung was a journalist, reporting on financial markets for the Financial Times. She also worked at several other news organizations, including Bridge News, CBS Television and Reuters. Ms. Chung’s news stories have been published in various newspapers, including the FT, Chicago Tribune, Ottawa Citizen, and Toronto Sun.

Ms. Chung spent three years teaching English in Japan. She received a bachelor’s degree, double majoring in journalism and political science from Carleton University and a master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University.
