Neal L. Wolkoff
Chief Executive Officer

Neal L. Wolkoff is the Chief Executive Officer of ELX Futures, L.P., overseeing the business operations of the company. Previously, Mr. Wolkoff served as Chairman and CEO of the American Stock Exchange. Prior to the Amex Mr. Wolkoff held several senior level positions at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX). He was appointed NYMEX Executive Vice President in 1993 and Chief Operating Officer in 2002. His tenure included responsibility for all major functions of the world's largest energy and precious metals exchange.

Daniel McElduff
SVP, Compliance Director

Daniel McElduff is Senior Vice President and Compliance Director at ELX Futures, L.P. He oversees the surveillance and rule enforcement program. Previously, Mr. McElduff was Executive Director of Commodities and Futures Compliance at Morgan Stanley. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he was Director of Commodities, Futures and FX Compliance at Barclays Bank PLC and he also spent 12 years at NYMEX.

Karen A. Ogulnick
VP, Director of Program Management

Karen A. Ogulnick is Vice President and Director of Program Management at ELX Futures, L.P. and is responsible for all aspects of project management. Prior to ELX, Ms. Ogulnick served as Senior Vice President of Quality Management at the American Stock Exchange. Prior to the Amex, she was a Vice President at NYMEX and onExchange and a senior consultant at Verizon.

Mary Chung
VP, Director of Corporate Communications

Mary Chung is Vice President and Director of Corporate Communications at ELX Futures, L.P. She is responsible for internal and external communications and media relations for the company. Previously, Ms. Chung was Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications and Marketing for the American Stock Exchange. Prior to Amex, Ms. Chung was a journalist for the Financial Times.

Chris Curtin
Director of the Control Desk

Chris Curtin is Director of the Control Desk at ELX Futures, L.P. and is responsible for Customer Relations & Market Operations for the ELX System. Previously, Mr. Curtin served as Director of Over-the-Counter (OTC) Services, overseeing Clearport Clearing for the NYMEX.
